Installation of ultrasonic sludge interface meter in Shenyang power plant

The pithead power station operated by the Shenyang Power Plant in the "coal-to-electricity integration" mode is the main power plant of the 100-million-ton large-scale coal-fired power base in Liaoning, and the power generation capacity of the unit covers the entire Shenyang area. It is planned to have a capacity of 4×600MW coal-fired units and reserve an expansion site, supporting the construction of a pair of Dingji coal mines with a designed annual output of 5 million tons.

 

 

 

Shenyang Qianfeng ultrasonic mud level gauge is used for mud level measurement in various sedimentation tanks, using ultrasonic echo processing and advanced algorithms to lock the true sludge interface level and ignore the influence of floating solid particles and rag layers. The ultrasonic sensor is installed below the surface of the water and points directly to the bottom of the pool. Using a simple 3-key keypad to enter the height of the probe to the bottom of the tank, the ultrasonic sludge interface meter (sludge level meter) automatically performs the rest of the advanced echo processing and signal gain adjustments. It is equipped with 4-20mA signal and relay output as standard, and can be equipped with an automatic cleaning device.
